Say hello to my little blog ...

I've been a landlord since 2003 and I've seen some crazy things. The last few years people have been telling me that I should blog about it. Because you wouldn't believe some of these stories if they happened to you. 

I'm going be telling two types of stories here: current events and the landlord files. Current Events will be what is happening today, the stories going forward.  The Landlord Files will tell the tale of yesterday, the stories that have already happened and are too good to not retell. Like the butt plug in the toilet story ... that will come later. I promise. 

If you ever thought about getting into the business, first you should read about what really happens - the stuff they don't tell you in the real estate books.
